Félix Beausoleil was born in 1994 in Paris and currently lives and works in Montreuil on the outskirts of the city.
After training in cabinet-making, he studied at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts in Paris-Cergy between 2017 and 2020 before moving towards his own artistic evolution in painting, engraving and drawing. He experiments with the canvas, its surface, its space and its hidden aspects by diverting the technical processes and tools of classical painting, in compositions that distort the figure until abstraction.
